Commissions are for Personal Use only unless commercial rights are
purchased. (Additional fees apply depending on service.)My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures,
banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but
may not be used for profit without prior agreement.AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in Al
datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for
subjects I will not draw.Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is]You receive free revisions (sketch stage only). PAYMENTS & FEES

All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.Payments to proposals should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $20 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.. Complexity Fee is between $10-100) for all Commissions.
. If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Merchandise Commercial Use ($60 USD). If done via email I can accept half and full payment; meaning you could pay half the amount when I start the sketching process and like it pay the other half before starting the line art. If you don’t want the commission anymore and I am still in the draft sketch phase I will give a refund. Otherwise through websites such as ko-fi, v-gen, etc it will be full payment.

REFUNDS

I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.You may cancel before payment is made.Once payment is received, refunds are not available.Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.Result in a formal complaint against you.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS

You may:
1. Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial
rights are purchased).
2. Print the art for yourself.
3. Post it on Social Media with credit to me "@KeitaDraws".You may NOT:
1. Use the artwork commercially without permission.
2. Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
3. Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
4. Remove signatures/watermarks.
5. Resell or redistribute the artwork.
6. Modify the artwork without my consent.
7. Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch or commercial projects.

REVISIONS

. Revisions are only available during the sketch phase.
. Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made
unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be
corrected at no cost.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Commissions may take up to 1 month depending on complexity.

USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request
forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are
purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for
promotional purposes.
